Civils Supervisor (x3)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to support the delivery of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Overhead Line (OHL) projects.

Responsibilities

A civils qualified person that can supervise teams of direct labour and/or subcontractors working in a safe, efficient, competent manner and to a high quality | Site supervision of field operatives (direct labour and subcontract) to ensure all client orders are delivered on time, safely, and compliantly, meeting contractual processes, procedures, and quality standards | Ensure works are constructed to relevant standards, technical specifications, on time, to customer satisfaction, and in a cost-efficient manner while adhering to health and safety requirements | Manage QA onsite, ensuring QA records are produced, conducting inspections, rectifying defects, and promoting best QA practices | Liaise with all teams to coordinate works in line with programme requirements | Collect, collate, and
